Roadside Reveries is a collection for the daydreamers - for those who romanticize the everyday, look for a little whimsy in ordinary moments, and find themselves watching the clouds drift by.

It is for the people who love gazing out the window on a road trip, watching the scenery change as the miles pass by. The people who notice a beautiful patch of sunlight across a field, an interesting cloud formation, or a fleeting glimpse of something that makes them think, Oh, I wish I could stay here for just a little while.

That is what inspired this collection: those fleeting views that make us pause. The ones that make us wish we could stop time long enough to take in the beauty before the landscape changes and the moment becomes a memory.

Roadside Reveries is driven by the kind of beauty that asks nothing of us except to be noticed.

Some of the most beautiful moments happen when we aren't looking for them.

This particular view came during an evening drive home after spending the day playing games with a friend. Naturally, we decided to take the scenic route home, giving ourselves a little extra time to enjoy the drive.

The sun was just beginning to set, and golden rays of light streamed through the clouds, illuminating the landscape below. The whole scene was breathtaking.

We couldn't help but pull over.

There was something so lovely about being able to stop right there, together, and simply take it all in. No rushing home. No particular place we needed to be. Just the two of us sitting there, watching the light spill through the clouds and knowing that the view would soon change.

That little moment of joy is difficult to put into words.

Roadside Reveries has always been about those fleeting views that make us pause, the ones that appear in the middle of an ordinary day and suddenly make everything feel a little more beautiful. This was one of those moments for me, made even sweeter by being able to share it with another.

Sometimes the best part of the journey isn't where you're going. It's the little moments along the way that make you want to pull over and stay awhile.

A beautiful evening, a sky full of golden light, and a moment worth remembering.
